Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. vw108 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. 3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a vw108 user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, fraudulent conduct, or any action that may compromise the integrity of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users through unauthorised means.
- Impersonating another user or providing false information during registration or verification.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
Vw108 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments & MYR Transactions
All transactions on vw108 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include local digital wallets such as Boost eWallet and Touch 'n Go eWallet, as well as other methods that may be added from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. vw108 is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures on the part of third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established internal review procedures. vw108 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for compliance and identity verification purposes. Any unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through third-party financial institutions without vw108's approval may result in account closure and legal action.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account information registered is accurate and belongs to them. vw108 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Vw108 provides the platform on an as-is basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Account Suspension: vw108 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account while an investigation into suspected violations of these Terms is conducted. During the suspension period, users may be unable to access their balance or carry out any transactions.
Account Closure: vw108 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, including fraud, multiple account usage, or illegal activity. Any legitimate balance may be returned at vw108's discretion upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable deductions.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the vw108 platform, including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and brand names, is the exclusive property of vw108 or its respective licensors.
